No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Today's workout was another killer. Insanity month 2 workouts are longer and the moves more muscle related than cardio. Last month the time slid by so quickly, I didn't even realize how long I was working out. The last 2 days I find myself having time to look at the clock and wish it was over. I guess I need to warm up to this month. Learning the moves etc. Keep ya posted.

I know that feeling of staring at the clock! Sometimes I feel like that in a mediocre spinning class or a long elliptical workout.

It will be interesting to see if the time goes by quicker once you have the routine down.

It will be interesting to see how your body changes differently with more muscle type exercises vs cardio.  I have the same clock issues with Spin class, yoga and pilates.  Keep it up!  You are doing great and you are inspiring me and so many others!!

Following insanity is such a great accomplishment!! I mean the program is soooo tough... I'm proud of you that you made it to month 2!! Keep up!! You are closer to your goal!! Dont worry about the clock!! Just enjoy the ride!!
