No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today's workout was another killer. Insanity month 2 workouts are longer and the moves more muscle related than cardio. Last month the time slid by so quickly, I didn't even realize how long I was working out. The last 2 days I find myself having time to look at the clock and wish it was over. I guess I need to warm up to this month. Learning the moves etc. Keep ya posted.
