No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Not a bad day all in all... Too much food at the end of the night even though I wasn't hungry, I was still 'hungry.' I'm learning slowly, but surely, and console myself with the fact that I journaled it. I used to 'pretend' to forget to put in extra food. Now, i'm being honest, even when it's not good. That was one of my goals for these 60 days, so far so good.
Had my lady parts exam today, I guess I'm officially old since I had my first ever mammogram, certainly not the most comfortable experience, but better safe then sorry. Other then that, same old same old. Squeezed in 45 minutes at the gym, got all my errands done and now i'm off to bed!
cheers ~ lynette
When I'm hungry (or at least feel that way) in spite of eating a decent sized--and decent compostion of--meal, and I want to eat and eat-I call those my bottomless pit days.
Sometimes I wish I had a tapeworm just so I could have the pleasure of eating anything all the time and not gain weight. :) I'm surprised someone hasn't invented this as a new diet craze. :P
Are you sore from the mammo today?
Comment by fit4life on September 19, 2012 at 9:36am I think I'm going to skip the craze if Keem's idea ever becomes popular!!! LOL
Being honest with yourself can be a big battle...Who do we think we are fooling?!?
The night time eating battle is a tough one for me too. I always want something to eat late. I used to think I NEEDED something in the evening because of my hypoglycemia--but over time I have found that for ME, if I snack in the evening I do not lose...MAYBE when I get to maintenance mode???
Comment by Jill Mace on September 19, 2012 at 9:47am Being honest with yourself helps. I think denial in the end is pointless and just makes us more upset with ourselves. With that said- I am not always honest with myself and I find myself in denial quite often. I strive NOT to do this. With time I get better and better.
I too have wanted a tapeworm. I should be careful what I wish for!!!

Comment by Dee on September 21, 2012 at 3:09pm Sounds like a good day to me! Good for you for keeping it honest in your journal- it helps because it allows you to analyze better what's going on when you're losing and when you're not! I need to get back to logging, I've been slacking 100%.
