No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I am on day 3...for the 300th time at least. But, I have never given up hope in myself that I can become healthy again. So I am back. Again. And I hope this time it all really works for me. I am using the "one day at a time" method. I am trying to make little changes that work really well for me in the long run.
Today, someone where I work (as a volunteer) made delicious cookies. I decided I could have one. She had 4 amazing flavors. In the past I would have tried all of them (some more than once...). But I enjoyed the heck out of that one! And then I tracked it.
I am currently using My Fitness Pal (MFP). I am a former very serious WW fan. I still like WW, but I think MFP and blogging might be the right move for me right now. I would like to lose about 80 lbs. I know it's going to be hard. I know I have a food and sugar addiction that is quite serious and dangerous. I have to do this for me, and my family.
I wish all of us a great day today. I hope we all go to bed feeling better about ourselves tonight. I know that I felt better already the last two nights. I must hold on to this feeling.
