Monday- good day over all. I did a circuit workout and my man showed how to do some arm workouts on the boflex. This was a step in the right direction because according to my man the last time we worked out together and he instructed me on what to do I freaked out and left the workout area ( I don't remember it going exactly like that but I'll let him have this battle lol)
Tuesday- WI DAY Down 1.6 lbs. it's funny because to me 1 and 1/2 (1.5) sounds like more than 1.6... Now I KNOW it is not but well I don't really know where I'm going with this but that's my brain messing with me lol
I couldn't do or should I say didn't want to attempt cardio today my knee started bothering me last night and it's been a nagging pain all day. So I decided to just do arms on the bowflex and sit on the yoga ball to engage the abs while I did free weights. I almost skipped the workout but didn't want to put an X on the calendar! That makes 2 consecutive weeks of working out atleast 30 minutes per workout that is a record my friends! :0)
