No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Just weighed in... Today is my regular weigh in day, I weigh in with Roni... My scale showed me as up 1. I know it's just a number, I know everything I should tell myself, but I'm so angry, disappointed, & frustrated. That's all.

Second i really know what you mean by being sad and all that comes after that!!
BUT, there is a huge BUT here!! 1 up is no big deal!! Just stay uder control for 3-4 days and that's it! Gone!
Try to check what you left your attention the past week! And i promise next time will be as you expect!!

Read fitforlife's post where she graphs her weight loss, showing that in the end she loses her goal amount, but in between there were these little spikes. That pound does not mean your efforts aren't paying off. Don't let it bully you. Keep doing what you're doing. If there is something that you know is off- if we were talking about me, I would say, it's the fact that I started allowing a once in a awhile sweet to become daily- start there, by addressing the "off" thing in your routine. However, there may be nothing "off" at all. In that case keep doing what you're doing, and watch that number go right back down.

I agree with Keem! That dang scale has the power to make or break our days and it's the most annoying little monster! I wish I could offer you something to make you feel better, but the bottom line is that it just sucks. We can do everything we are supposed to and be ready to see that reward and when it's not what we want it to be, we are devastated! But here's the thing: you did a lot of great things for your body this week, right? You worked out, you drank lots of water. This is one of those stupid weeks where that's going to have to be the measure of your reward. Hang in there, Girl! You are doing amazingly well and you are an inspiration to so many of us!

I so understand Lynette. I've had the same issue with my scale. But we are not, I repeat NOT going to give up. I just keep on going. We will lose weight, but for some of us it takes time. I think I am the slowest loser on the planet!
