1: I ordered my favorite margarita pizza and set a goal to have 1/2 ( it's a lute bigger than a personal pan pizza) and despite there being left overs ALL day I DIDN't eat it! In the past I would have ordered a large and ate it all!!
2. I went to RubyTuesdays with my man and resisted the salad bar which in theory is a "healthy" choice but after I load my plate up with a little bit of salad and ALOT a bit of blue cheese dressing and yummy tummy croutons it was probably more unhealthy than the fattiest entree!
3. 3 words Movie theater Poporn! I had not a single kernel!
4. Despite arriving home at 11:30 and having TV issues I got my 30 min workout in. Well actually it carried over to the early morning but I'm counting it for Friday :0)
Side note have you ever looked on YouTube for workout videos?! I found a cardio video and it kicked my ass! It's saved to my computer so I'll have to post it later but you should check it out!
