Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Cardio Recovery DVD and it went remarkable. I think I am getting stronger. Things are going quite well even though to date the scale doesn't wish to reveal this to me. But I am not going to let it dictate my moods. I keep eating well and doing my Insanity. I am finally getting the routines down and it it getting ever so slightly easier and in less than 2 weeks is the 2nd 4 weeks. Harder workouts!! Scared but not enough to give up. I've been feeling so much better now that I am keeping calories where they need to be. I am not sure what the scale will say on Saturday, but I know I am working hard at it and sooner or later this body will cooperate. It would be so good if I could see results from all this work. Happy Hump Day!!

You sound so energized and on-track! I hope you will get an extra reward on the scale too, but know that you are doing very, very well!

Did you take body measurements before you started Insanity?  It would be nice to see some numbers change.  As you get stronger and build more muscle- you will get smaller.  This is not always shown on the scale.  The reality is though- you feel stronger and you feel better.  You know you are eating better.  You have been snacking less.  You are living a healthy lifestyle!!!  The scale is just a moron!  :)

Keep it up for at least a few weeks before giving up the exercise calorie thing.

And I felt the same way--so much better when I had enough calories. :)
