"Why don't you just workout and stop eating?"
many of you are not going to agree with me but I'm taking a chance and expressing myself openly ( please don't hate me lol)
So I want to start off by saying I am/have struggled with working out and eating so I'm like all of myou BUT I have to say as much as we can get upset and come up with reasons/ excuses the fact of the matter is that statement is the truth and ad Nike says we have to "just do it"!!!)
On Facebook I follow a woman Mo Soto and her page is titled " I was tired of being fat and I got in shape" ( check it out Faacebookers)
I've been committed for 24 days now and I'm consciously thinking about how each bite I take or don't take will affect my progress. I guess something clicked and I'm on my way!
