Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

"Why don't you just workout and stop eating?"
many of you are not going to agree with me but I'm taking a chance and expressing myself openly ( please don't hate me lol)
So I want to start off by saying I am/have struggled with working out and eating so I'm like all of myou BUT I have to say as much as we can get upset and come up with reasons/ excuses the fact of the matter is that statement is the truth and ad Nike says we have to "just do it"!!!)
On Facebook I follow a woman Mo Soto and her page is titled " I was tired of being fat and I got in shape" ( check it out Faacebookers)
I've been committed  for 24 days now and I'm consciously thinking about how each bite I take or don't take will affect my progress. I guess something clicked and I'm on my way!

Congrats on your progress, it's great when things just click and become clearer than they've ever been.  I hadn't thought of following any of the bloggers on my facebook, I just read their posts on my Google reader.  That might be nice!

You're right-we should just do it.  I think in a way, some people need to sort of hit "rock bottom" before they're ready to make a permanent change. (or have something alarming happen such as being mistaken for a pregnant woman, being turned away at a theme park, or seeing a picture of yourself, for example)

Some people do get down to business and some people sort of fart around with it liking the IDEA of it, but, not the reality of it....or maybe they do it until the novelty wears off....or until they have a bad day and eat some junk and then give up etc.

Good for you and your 24 days! I hope your hot streak continues!
