No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I can't believe I've almost completed 4 weeks of Insanity. So far this week I seem to really be finally getting it. it is not getting easier, but I am stopping less and less. It is Day #2 in making sure I eat enough calories. I am kind of scared of gaining weight. Eat more?? But it is nice to not feel hungry during the day. It is much easier to pass up that snicker snack size bar or reese's peanutbutter cup that is sitting in the candy bowl at work. I can't believe I didn't grab a reese's. But I made this 60 day commitment I just don't want to blow it now that I am almost 1/2 way through it. Hope everyone had a great Tuesday too.
