I decided to create a calendar to log my workouts. Each day I workout I put a smiley face and fill it in with bright yellow highlighter! How juvenile right?!?! Well those stupid little smiley faces are what got my behind to the gym. I planned on going and then as the night passed and I waited for DBF to relieve me from kid duties and a sudden mood swing (seriously no idea where it came from)I just didn't want to go. I even took off my socks and pants but when I stepped out and saw that calendar I just HAD to go. I couldn't accept that if I didn't go I would have to draw a big fat red X. Sooooo I put my pants and socks back on and headed to the gym. I completed week 4 day 2 of couch 2 5k. I needed to walk about a minute in the 5 minute section but I then gave it another try and completed that section.

"Wow I really regret that workout!"
