Today was WI and as I mentioned yesterday I was nervous. Not because I didn't eat well or skipped workouts but because I hadn't stepped on the scale all week and I know from past experience of its not the number I want I get discouraged. Well can I have a drumroll please.... Down 3 lbs! I'm very proud of that! Wish it were more ( but don't we always) but I know that I am creating healthy habits that will last and the lbs will come off.
Side note I worked out at home tonight got nice and sweaty so ready to take a shower and... NO HOT WATER none. Nada. Zilch! I just took the fast coldest least effective shower in the universe but at least I rinsed off right hahahah
