Hello All! I've worked really hard this week to stay on track and have been very successful. I ate well, tracked everything that I ate, exercised every day and drank lots of water. I feel proud of the steps I've taken and am starting to enjoy working out. Despite all of these positive changes I'm still nervous about stepping on that "box on the floor" I believe Keem calls it. :0) I set the goal to only WI once a week and I stuck to it so I have no idea what it will say... I am able to give everyone else encouraging words when there is a gain telling them to stick with it, remember it takes time to lose and keep their head up and not be discouraged BUT I have a hard time taking my own advise :( wish me luck!!
