No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Hello All! I've worked really hard this week to stay on track and have been very successful. I ate well, tracked everything that I ate, exercised every day and drank lots of water. I feel proud of the steps I've taken and am starting to enjoy working out. Despite all of these positive changes I'm still nervous about stepping on that "box on the floor" I believe Keem calls it. :0) I set the goal to only WI once a week and I stuck to it so I have no idea what it will say... I am able to give everyone else encouraging words when there is a gain telling them to stick with it, remember it takes time to lose and keep their head up and not be discouraged BUT I have a hard time taking my own advise :( wish me luck!!

I've got everything crossed hoping for a great WI for you! You certainly deserve it. You know you've done well, stayed on track and exercised. That is NO lie but scales are different. They DO lie sometimes for the silliest reasons.

I know what you mean about getting the very advice that you give. Ha!

Jessica, it's so hard to NOT pay attention to that stupid scale - unfortunately, it's that dang number we are always in search of.  I used to be obsessed.  SO obsessed that hubby hid the scale on me because no matter what is said, it would make or break my day :(  But then I found it...and guess what I did?  I would get up in the middle of the night to weigh myself...I was CAHRAYZAY!  So hubby threw it out!  I now weigh on my Wii Fit board...it's a little less tempting to have to turn the TV on, get on it and THEN have it record what you actually weigh.  With the old scale, you can kind of forget what it said, right?

So, I hope you had a great weigh in today and remember exactly what you said in your post:  I ate well, tracked everything, exercised every day and drank lots of water.  You, my dear, had a WONDERFUL week.  Whatever the scale says, you had a healthy week - be proud :)
