No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Hello all....so I decided to do P90X a second time. I completed the first 90 days this past fall...just finished middle of December actually and doing it again starting...yesterday. Today was SO SOO tough. I did plyo and after eating everything in sight over Christmas, realllllly paid for it today. I was so sore, and my legs were so weak it was even hard to stand! But I did get through it and it does just get easier the more I do it. Hopefully, because I just completed it in the fall, I'll bounce right back to where I was before Christmas break.
Weighed in today at 158.2 up from 157.5 yesterday. I weigh in daily because it helps me to stay on track for the week. I know some people think it's a bad idea, but it helps me to where I want to be...which is about 145 or so, so I have 13 pounds to go. Hoping to be that by beginning of February...that is stretching it majorly....so maybe early March. We shall see...The problem is my thiiiighs. I have thunder thighs and it seems like no matter what it is so hard to lose weight from there. Ahh well, God made us in his image, so I should just try my best, get into the best shape I can and be happy that I'm healthy and a better person because I like who I am.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and a teaspoon of brown sugar
Lunch:Salad, with ranch dressing, gorgonzola cheese, tomatoes, pulled pork and pita chips
Dinner: Taco salad, avocado, sour cream (light), refried beans, tomatoes YUM!
Also another problem I have is seconds. I need to not get them!!!!! lol
