Day.19. It's raining. It's pouring. I wish I was snoring!

Damn tornado warnings, The weather was weird today! Raining one minute then completely sunny and clear then thunder and down pours etc. we just stayed in and relaxed today watching some movies the kiddos checked out from the library. I wanted to take a nap so bad but it just wasn't in the cards. Every time I closed my eyes the kiddos needed something!! 
Not much else to report... I do need to eat something I haven't been hungry at all and my caloric intake is WAYYYYY to low. Hope you had a great day!

Ok so after I wrote this I WANTED to work out but I had the kiddos and the boyfriend was at his Saturday night playing basketball. I didn't let that stop me I completed the Jillian Michaels Burn Fat Boost Matabolism DVD. Damn!! What a workout I stopped once and 5 seconds later wad a scheduled breather Doh! And I had to modify or stop some of the floor shoulder work because of a childhood injury but other than that I did it all!! 6 days of exercise for me!

It's always ok to modify-and one day you'll work your way up to the full amount. :)

I've heard all of Jillian's workouts are killers! Way to go, girl!

It's hard to make yourself eat something when you're not hungry but you know the calorie count is low. Sometimes if it's just a few hundred calories I don't worry about it and just skip it but if it's more than that I'll make myself eat something.
