No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I can't believe it is day # 18. Time flies. Today was cardio recovery day DVD and it came as a blessing. It is more stretch and yoga then hard kicking boot camp. My eating was less than stellar today. But looking at the big picture, one afternoon of eating crap and the other days good, the balance is there. Frankly, the Bob Greene book I am reading stated that it takes 3500 additional calories + your daily calories to gain 1 pound. I know I did not eat 3500 additional calories. I do not want to give myself an excuse to go off track often, but I need to see all the good I am doing. I am getting alot out of this book and will share more ideas I think will help me control my eating so I can finally get this weight off. I am still in the competition Dee. I want to lose 3 by 10/01.
Comment by Lynette S on September 5, 2012 at 11:55pm I think finding the food/exercise balance is the key!
I do the same math! I wonder how I could possibly have gained 2 pounds without the pleasure of consuming 7000 awesome calories! Can you imagine having 7000 calories to eat whatever you want!? WOW!
