No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
OMG! You would think I did a ton of stuff over the holiday weekend, and that's why I wasn't here... Nope! We kept busy, but nothing crazy! Did get a visit with a friend in on Sunday and took apart and moved two Ikea Expedit bookcases. Got some crazy activity on that one and my muscles are still sore!
Wasn't the greatest camper on calories or workouts, however, unlike in the past, I journaled it all. I was over on 3 days last week, but still down .5. Back on track yesterday and will try to hit the gym today (still sore fromt he book case moving) if not, I may do a walk. The walk to and from school keeps a bit of movement in me, and I like that. We had back to school night and I really liked talking to the teacher more one on one and giving her my concerns and talking with her, she was very warm and encouraging! Also talked a bit more with the principal, he seems like a nice guy. We had a Room Parent meeting yesterday, and I signed up for more stuff, which will hopefully keep me busy, and Friday is another chance to sign up for some school time, I am going to volunteer for some office work and library hours. Since The Husband's schedule is so nutty, it's easier for me to volunteer then have a job. Perfect example is within the last 2 days the husband has booked two business trips to happen in the next month, one international, he's so all over the board! I don't know how he does it!
Other then that not a lot to report here. My pants are fitting more comfortably, and that's a relief! Will go catch up on reading after I take The Kid to school.

Comment by Erica on September 5, 2012 at 2:12pm Great job! I have to say pants fitting better is a great NSV!!! I used to be in my kids classes once a week, now I'm in school or doing homework. I love walking it doesn't seem like such a drag as going down to my basement to workout. My 4th grader has an awesome teacher this year, it makes such a huge difference!
