No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Whew! I completed week 2 of Insanity. Tonight's DVD also included an ab section. OMG it was a KILLER! This program is tough for sure. I've been sore too. But when you do these extreme workouts I think that is part of the deal. I think I need to buy better sneakers. A real light weight cross trainer would be good. I do use my rebounder for some of the jumping moves it is tough on knees and ankles. I've been sticking to my calories and not eating crap snacks at work. The toughest part of this 60 day commitment is the diet part. I've also started reading Bob Greene's book "The Life You Want: Get Motivated, Lose Weight and Get Happy" It is a good read so far. It is giving real insight to why we overeat and what we need to work on to lose weight. Has anyone else read this? Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend. Remember summer isn't over yet!!
