No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today is day one on WWPP plan. I am really liking the new version of the plan. I love that they are steering you to healthy choices and not just low point 'fake' food - that is one of the reasons I left the last WW plan. I found myself eating a lot of processed food just because it was low point. It wasn't filling, good for me or sometimes even all that tasty, but if it was 1 point I was eating it and likely a lot of it. The other game changer for me today has been using the new WW scanning app - it is way easier than calculating stuff and has worked on almost everything I have wanted to scan - plus it's fun! I love a new techy app and this is no exception!
Last night, I also achieved my first fitness goal. My WW meeting is 1.8 miles from my house. It was a beautiful day, so I decided to walk. Both ways. Within the first 15 minutes I was already contemplating if I could take the bus home. But in the end, after my meeting I wanted to walk home. I was ready to do this! It was great exercise (more than I have had in a L.O.N.G. time) and was really needed. I plan to do it every week for my meeting!
Overall, off to a good start and embracing WWPP.
