Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Today I took the "Fit Test" with Insanity. OMG it just about killed me. How do you spell pathetic? P-A-U-L-A. If this is a taste of what's to come, it is going to kick my ass. Maybe this is just what I need. I took my "before" pictures. ICK. Those alone are enough to keep me motivated. I really would love to be one of those "after" folks seen on the infomercial. I am determined to get the scale moving in the right direction. There was no gain or loss this week. I guess I just need to dig deeper. I need to get kicking on my diet too. 3 goals this week:

 

1. Keep calories 1500

2. No work snacks (if I didn't bring it, it is not being eaten)

3. No cheese (including pizza, mac & cheese, grated cheese)

 

For this week it will be 3 meals with 2 snacks 1 between breakfast & lunch and the other between lunch & dinner. My menu today

 

Breakfast - Bagel w/ 1 tablespoon jam

Lunch - Lefse & hummus with 3 oz corn on the cob

Dinner - Butt Burning Burritos

Good job on maintaining! You had a rough week.

I like the 'no cheese' goal. The calories just stack up so fast with cheese!

I have heard good things about Insanity.  Hopefully you like it.  You have some specific goals for this week and I hope they help you!

The test wasn't to make you feel pathetic-it was to give you a basis for comparison so in a few months, you can take it again and see how far you've come! :)
