what: milk and creamer in coffee, fresh veggie/fruit juice

why: morning routine

 

what: caramel coffee cake

why: just because

 

what: watermelon and more juice

why: hunger

 

what: more watermelon

why: hunger

 

what: 3 marshmallows

why: sugar craving

 

what: chick fil a healthy dinner: sandwich and salad

why: hunger

 

what: kid's leftover nuggets and fries

why: just because they taste good

 

what: ice cream sundae w/husband

why: sugar craving

 

what: glass of wine

why: nighttime routine

 

overall, the day's food was more about cravings than I would prefer. I think I need to get the junk food in an off limits cupboard where I can't get such a frequent view of it.

It's the sugar cravings that get me.  Really need to overcome them somehow!  Good luck and stay strong

One day isn't a big deal to eat things you normally wouldn't.  Just do what it takes to make sure it isn't a daily thing.  Learn from your mistakes. :)

Try to stay away from fast food...or processed food.  See what happens after a week of veggies and fresh food.  Your body is addicted to sugar right now....
