No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So the end of the weekend is here and I did GREAT :D :D I just got back from the y, treadmill for an hour. This time I did 5 minutes 3.5 pace no incline..pushed it up to 3.0 incline for the next 15 went back down to 3.0 for 10 up to 6.0 incline another 10 minutes back down to 3.0 incline for 5 pushed it back up to 6.0 for another 10 minutes. Then cooled down for 5 on the 3.0. incline. All while staying the the 3.5mph pace. Not so shabby should have seen my shirt lol It was bad!
Eating has been good. Stopped at taco bell last night sigh....all I had was a buffalo chkn griller~360 calories and 12 grams of protein. Meh not bad. Could have been worse. ;) Other than that nothing bad. No junk. HARDLY any soda. Which is EXCEPTIONAL for this girl. Just sayin. lol
I will do some ab work later tonight. Gotta get those in daily. :D Hope everyone is having a great Sunday. Im off to clean this stupid business for my MIL since she broke her ankle and all...sigh. LAST TIME THOUGH! So that is a great thing :D lol
