No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today, I woke up at 5am to go running. Headed out the door, and about a mile and a half into my run, I was struck by some major cramping. Not the "stitch-in-your-side" kind, but the "I-am-a-woman-and-this-is-what-nature-does-to-us-and-please-make-it-stop" kind. So yeah, I ended up walking the other mile and a half, practically. Every time I tried to start back up running again, I thought I was going to have to double over in pain or vomit. Gotta love nature.
After showering, I took a Midol and felt better, but those things have caffeine and I'd already made some coffee, soooooo.....I was a bit jittery today. After coming home from cheer practice, hubby announced he wanted to go see Argo at the theater tonight (tomorrow is the last night it is showing near us). So we went to Chipotle for burrito bowls for dinner, then to the theater. The movie was ridiculously good, by the way.
Here's my meal plan for tonight:
B: coffee w/creamer
L: school lunch (ugh) of chicken patty, mashed potatoes, gravy, roll, green beans, grapes, and a chocolate milk. I'm not a fan of school "food"
D: Chipotle carnitas burrito bowl. I know I could have had chicken, but I didn't want to compromise. I like the taste of the pork.
Dessert: 1 box gummy bears--I was fairly proud of myself for this. I didn't get chocolate or skittles, or any of the other things I could have eaten.
