No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So I have posted my weight and it is interesting. I have gained 1 pound for the past three weeks. This is not consistent with my daily workout efforts and drinking veggies. I talked to my personal trainer and he said that I was eating too many calories. He is tracking my inches and we see huge results but my efforts is not being mirrored in my weight.
Of course, the scale is not the bible. However, in my case, it is right now because if I lose at least 10%, my blood sugar will dramatically go down. I am only 2 points away from getting off my medication. This is why I need to scale to move. So calorie counting here I come. I am not "too" disturbed by it because then I can actually see what I am eating instead of guesstimating.
