No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Consistency is within reach for me because I realized one thing - I actually complain  longer about a task than it actually takes me to do the task.

One morning, I set my alarm clock at 530 then I proceed to talk to myself for 1 hour about how I did not want to work out. When I finally looked at the clock, I realized that the workout was only 40 minutes!! D'oh!

So now I am getting up and working out whether I like it or not. By the time I finish the conversation with myself (which is during the post workout shower), I actually feel good ;-)

A friend of mine also sent me this video which helped me put my perspective in order. Enjoy!

Once it becomes a habit, there's no "I don't want to.", it's just something you do and don't put much thought into. :)
