No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Hi everyone it's een awhile since I've been here but I am so happy to be back. I found out that I have celiac disease and let me tell you the first full week of no wheat made me feel really tough but I am now learning to navigate this type of diet. However anyone who has to deal with this and has any advice I would like any you could offer. I am finding it hard to figure out the calorie count on some of the specialty flour that i know use not to mention so good recipies. I love fruits and vegtables and am starting to add meat back into my diet a little at a time but I am still finding it hard to do that and stay within my calorie allowance. But I have been here before and am just taking it one day at a time.
