No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
A great day. Kept calories in check and started Phase 2 of Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. OMG it kicked my butt. But I LOVE it. I can't wait to see my results at the end of 90 days. I might just make this a good week and be able to high five Jill on Friday. I just keep reminding myself that I want this. I want to lose weight, I want to be in healthy/strong shape and I want to lose the addiction to food and the binges associated with it all. I have been eating well the last 3 days and emotionally I am feeling really good. Been doing some prayer too as it never hurts to ask for help. Here is to Wednesday!
