cant believe it nearly here Christmas that time of year i love and hate, LOVE bec i enjoy the run up and spending it with my beautiful 3 kids and great partner and HATE bec everyone buy u choclates then on top u have xmas dinner. then on top of that u have boxing day and new yr i just hope i can keep my feet on the ground and be good hope that i dont put much on. is anyone else worried about it any tips

I am working so hard but I know that thanksgiving is coming and how much people pressure me to eat when this season comes around :/ I think the key is yes you can have some chocolate and dinner but PORTION CONROL. Only have one chocolate, only have small pieces of the dinner...It's all you can really do. I'm not going to exclude myself from teh holiday meal, I just want to control myself. Maybe we are going to have to work out a little harder to enable this activity ;)
