Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

2nd day without Coffee/Creamer and so far so good.  I haven't killed anyone yet.  Today I really struggled with wanting some though and I'm starting to get a headache.

Been doing good food wise.  Haven't swayed off Paleo format since ending the 30 Challenge a few days ago.  Hubs is staying with it as well.

Today also is the end of the 100 Days that was started some time ago ... well, 100 days s ago.

Some take aways from that...

1) It took me 1/2 the time to really get started.  I think I was in a funk.  I was going to restart, but some lovelies here encouraged me not to.  Thanks.

2) I've learned not to fixate myself on any more time lines.  The weight will come off when it comes off.

3) I've really begun to focus more on how I feel - physically and emotionally.  I've let go of the "Oh I'm on a diet mentality" and put the emphasis on "Is that thing worth eating?"

I need to get moving.  I haven't walked or anything in a couple of weeks.  I think today will be the day that I strap on those sneakers.

30 minutes on the indoor track at the YMCA, yup, I sucked it up and went to the YMCA

2nd day no gluten or chocolate. I am doing okay. I feel better too. I did have some "processed" gluten free food, but for the most part I chose wholesome. Looking at your #3, that is where I am at. I used to focus on the calories, now it is on the is it healthy? Is it gluten free? It is certainly removed that weight from my shoulders if you know what I mean.

Nice job going to the Y! I stayed gluten free today as well.
