No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I lost the 2 pounds I gained so now I am back in the game to lose 10 by 10/01. I ate so much better this past week. I am starting week 6 of Slim in 6. I am going to miss a few days as we are going away for a few days midweek. Not to worry as we usually do tons of walking, biking and swimming when we go. I realize I have to track and keep the junk out of the house. I've done 100% better at work. This past month I've avoided the crap snacks available. There has been some tumbles this past month but I did end the month 1.4 pounds less than I started it. I am looking forward to seeing a 5 pound loss at the end of next month. I have to buy a new scale, the old one finally quit. Just after this weeks weigh in. I don't plan to buy one until we return.
