Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I started changing things up. I am continuing to run but since I was feeling fried I knew I needed to do something. Sunday was a 6 mile run. Monday Before work I ran 3.4 miles & after work I ran another 3.5 miles & after I did a 30 minute upper body work out. I held a fore arm plank for a full minute. I have not been able to do that for a while. This morning I ran 3.4 again, but tonight I took a break. I figured if I split up my running I will fall back into wanting to run. I am adding change to what I am eating too. Hopefully this week will show a much needed loss.
