No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Today was a VERY LONG DAY! All I could think about at work today was going home and taking a nap! I usually would have done just that. I normally take Pilates on Thursday after work. I knew I should go workout but I didn't want to I just wanted to go home. I spent most of the drive home yawning and thinking about how sore I was from working out on Wednesday. I got to the turn for the gym and I just turned in. I still didn't want to go but I knew I had to and that I would feel so much better if I did. The workout is over and I am so glad that I went!

What a great choice you made. It is those decisions that lead to weight loss. There are days when I want to skip a workout, but most times afterwards I am really glad I did it. Exercise for me is a great stress reducer and keeps me flexible. Keep it up!

What do you like/dislike most about pilates?

I really enjoy all of the stretching and deep breathing. The only thing I don't care for is the straight leg work. I have weak abs and that makes it hard to do the leg circles. I'm hoping that as my abs get stronger everything will get easier
