ok, still tracking :) the scale is moving down...:)
Thursday night got to work & received a small package of 100 Grand bars for 1 year accident free employee....I opened the package on 1st break and shared with coworkers...at lunch I had one left...so I ate only one of the 8 :) so know my chocolate limit has been filled for February....
really looked at the packaging on the chow mein noodle dishes...ick...500 calories to one of those small containers...plus I usually add mix vegetables...yesterday I added chicken also...so calorie count was way too high...not too mention the sodium levels...will have to limit that choice for lunch ....but yesterday was also one of those days where I only eat one main meal...and two small snacks..(day after working third shift)....so I didn't go over daily calorie intake....
Grocery shopping day...hopefully the red grapes are getting big again...they have been so small lately...not even worth buying I miss my grapes at breakfast.....
Yeah-those dumb noodles are high in calories! Whoda guessed!?
Comment by Christy on February 8, 2013 at 8:40am Isn't it crazy how much we use food/candy as a reward for something? I noticed this when I was a teacher. My principal did it all the time for the teachers--and the teachers did it for the students. It certainly was used in my house growing up. No wonder I have food issues. Haha
