No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
No formal exercise for me today. I felt good yesterday after my walk and ride combo workout, but as the day wore on, my ankle and foot hurt more and more (I've had tendon surgery and other stuff done to it so if it gets hurting I have to baby it) so I didn't want to press it today. Our weather is supposed to be magnificent through Monday so if I rest today, I'm sure I can be active for several days...funny how I end up feeling a bit guilty if I take a day off of exercise.
A lot of stuff going on in my home right now...Son going back to college, getting work, needing a different car; another son trying to choose a college, making college visits; getting ready to start back up with homeschooling next Monday...But I have not "lost" it emotionally and binged or anything. I'm trying to keep evertything in perspective and on an even keel... That's relatively unusual for me :0) Maybe it's all the exercise and healthy, fresh food helping me to keep everything in check--hey, I'm sure it doesn't hurt!
