No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I ate out with hubby for dinner and I should have been good with just the salad bar, but that's not what I did. Oh well. One meal and I ordered all right.
I had a great meeting with my boss this morning about our data collection process and it was just really nice to have a good discussion and have him understand what I wanted to say. I have my evaluation tomorrow and I really hope it's solid and goes well.
I need to write my lesson plans for my substitute and I STILL need to make the copies for while I'm gone! AGH!
Here's the meal plan today:
B: 1/2 serving oatmeal made with coconut water and shredded coconut
L: chicken tacos w/black beans (leftovers)
D: iced tea, a salad w/ranch dressing, 2 mini turkey burgers and 1/2 the fries from my plate--I could have done with just 1 mini burger but I didn't have the server take away the plate. I'm not having anything for dessert so in a way it works itself out.

That coconut oatmeal sounds marvellous!
I've never had coconut water. Any good? Is is just for cooking or can you drink it plain?
