No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I'm spending the day relaxing in my sweat pants. Not leaving the house. Generally being lazy. But the aches are just now starting to be less ache-y, and my head is just starting to feel less congested. I need this day of rest and there is no need for me to feel guilty about it. Right? :)
I'm planning meals, grading tests, and organizing papers today. I'm putting everything in WW this afternoon so that I can have no excuses. NONE. :)
Here's today's meals:
B/L: I had brunch with hubby. It was nice. He made me breakfast. Cookie dough greek yogurt--if you haven't made this, you need to. NOW. 1 Belgian waffle with cinnamon sugar topping--like a cinnamon roll.
Snack: iced green tea (not really a snack, but what I was craving)
I will allow myself applesauce if I get hungry later.
D: leftover enchilada casserole; salad w/taco sauce as the dressing
Tomorrow I have the day off. I want to get back to the gym. I NEED to get back to the gym. But only if I feel up to it. I don't want to push myself too far. My joints are still feeling a little ache-y. Hope you all have a great day!

Is it greek yogurt with hunks of cookie dough in it?
