No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So I tend to eat out a lot.
I had an hour between my massage and meeting a friend. I hate eating alone outside, unless I'm in an airport. When I have to eat alone, I'd rather not eat. So I went shopping instead. Then I met my friend and had a glass of wine (no cocktails), and we shared chips and guac. Broke my no carb rule for dinner but its ok.
Tonight is a friend's birthday. We're doing a 3 course dinner with wine pairing. I ate well all day today, so hopefully that will be ok. I would like to squeeze in a quick workout but I have to work late...
Its tough eating out with friends. I guess I'll just do the best that I can do!
Comment by Christy on February 7, 2013 at 3:17pm Eating out and socializing are the hardest part for me. It seems like everything we do socially has food involved somehow. So sad that I was trying to plan a girls night and really struggled to come up with ideas that somehow didn't involve food! At the same time, I don't want to miss out on life just because I am trying to get healthy.
You always seem to balance things out! :)
