No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Evil scale. A gain of 2.6. I was so damn good last week it just broke my heart. I was constipated, but I am NOT looking for an excuse, just perhaps an explanation. I had a really low calorie day today and kicked it with Jillian. I am not going to let this slight set back throw me off track. I am still in it to win it. I am going to cross that weekly finish line this week. Just watch me!!
Comment by Cindy on February 17, 2013 at 8:22pm Definitely the right attitude. Screw the scale. It means nothing when your clothes are fitting so much better!
Comment by Jill Mace on February 18, 2013 at 5:19am Ouch- That must sting. I HATE the scale. I am glad to see you are not going to let this derail you. It is times like this that it is most important to stay on track and not get discouraged. This is where it gets tough. This is when we just have to keep pushing through and not panic and try to change things. You can do this. I am here. We will still have a good week!!! We will still high five on Friday!!!!
Fluid retention and "brown weight" will do it every time!
Green tea it up and also do some extra fiber--maybe some bran--whatever it takes to get you "moving" inside....then weigh in again. :P

My vote is for 'brown weight'. It's amazing how much that can weigh. ( yeah. I'm the weirdo who does a 'before and after'. Just to see.... And then there are the occasions where I GAIN afterwards. How in the heck does THAT happen?!)
Comment by Almost There on February 18, 2013 at 11:28am It definitely sounds like you need to up the fluid intake. Hot tea helps--and don't forget to hydrate after exercise.
Thanks everyone!
@Jill I will be there.
