Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I was looking at my previous posts back in April 2009 and I had just gotten the treadmill and was so ready to get started on a program for losing weight. Here I am two hears later and again eager to start a program to lose weight. I'm going to the gym tomorrow to possibly sign up. I'm going to take the spin class while I am there. Not sure how long I will last considering I have been quite sedentary and my knees are crap but I have to start somewhere!

   I'm not going to post alot about this because I tend to do that, talk alot and take no action so that's it. I will post about some action tomorrow! :-)

Welcome back to BTL. Ease into the exercise thing slowly. Injury stinks and can throw a monkey wrench into everything.
