No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I stepped on the scale bright and early this am & my weight was the exact same as on Friday. So I just changed the date of my WI to today since Mondays are my WI day.
Last night I prepped my dinner and threw it into the crock pot before work this am. It is from Skinny Taste, a family favorite Chicken a la Criolla
Breakfast
Banana bread oatmeal, flax seeds,1 egg plus 3 egg whites cooked in coconut oil, white tea, vitamins
Snack
Plain Yogurt & sliced strawberries, green tea
Lunch
Salad & veggies topped with Hummus (It was yummy, but I barely got to eat it, I was so busy at work :( the upside is I have lunch all set for tomorrow!)
Snack
Apple slices (I had almond butter packed for dipping, but since I ate the apple in the dark car ride home I skipped it)
Dinner
Crock pot Chicken Criolla over brown rice, salad (I didn't eat much at all, I was so late getting home & not very hungry)
White tea
I struggle with my H2O intake when it is so cold out! 5 glasses of plain water, 5 cups of hot tea! It was in the 20's today and snowing!

Btw, I was itching to see the crock pot recipe but when I clicked on the link it just took me to a yahoo sign in page. I did find it on SkinnyTaste though. It looks delicious. I'm on a hunt for great crock pot recipes.
Comment by Christy on January 21, 2013 at 10:56pm Ok, so I am not totally losing my mind. When I clicked on it, it took me to MY yahoo email (because I was signed in) which totally freaked me out! Haha. I'll have to check it out on Skinny Taste

Comment by Erica on January 22, 2013 at 8:01am Haha oops, not sure how that happened! I just fixed the link!

Comment by Ali on January 22, 2013 at 8:27am Your menu is delicious! I want to try that recipe, I wonder if my younger kids would go for it. I have a cilantro plant growing in my garden now and I want to try to use some up. My lettuce is also growing well- I should have planted more than 1! It sounds weird to talk about my garden when you say it's 20 degrees! LOVE the idea of the hummus on the salad! I have some sabra I need to use up, it is roasted red pepper and my hubby doesnt like as much as the garlic one. It is just sitting in the fridge. You had an awesome on plan day! Great job! And you worked so hard! Hopefully you have a little bit of rest soon. Have a great day!
