No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
We got back from our vacation. We had a good time, but I did not eat as well as I should have. The one thing I did learn is after this week of no calorie counting, no Slim in 6 workouts, and allowing for sweets is I feel 100% better when I do eat healthy, exercise 6 days a week, and I sleep 100% more sound. I would not have believed it if I had not experienced it first hand. I've felt the like I've been deprived and you know what? All those treats just don't taste as yummy as I thought they would. It is going to be easy to revert back to my healthy ways. I really want it. Since I blew last week off, this week will be week 6 of Slim in 6. I plan to do a hybrid of this program with Power 90. Just until I decide what to do next. It is a toss up between Turbo Fire (have you been following the fantastic results Angie has gotten?) and Insanity (A simpler program to follow than Turbo Fire). It is going to be a tough choice. I've had a fantastic food day today!
Breakfast: Bagel w/tablespoon pure fruit & coffee
Snack: Dried date
Lunch: Hummus on pita w/chopped tomato & alfalfa sprouts
1 ear of corn
Dinner: Butt Burning Burritos
