No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So I just realized that in April I will turn 25, to me that is a huge birthday. Officially mid twenties and only five years from 30! fifteen from 40! I know its not old but I feel like by 30 I should be at a certain point in my life and for that to happen I really need to get going and stop not living!
I've proved to myself time and time that I cant just jump into diet and exercise, I am a food addict and it wont just change in one day. So I am going to take baby steps. And this isnt just about weight loss anymore, my whole life needs to get on track! So I am going to start making goals each day, probably one or two for each category,...
here are the categories
-food, exercise, house, mental, money, pets, self
I am going to take things slow and one day at a time. I'm also making out a plan, a plan of where i want to be by the time i turn 25, and for the future. The good thing is that I know what I want to do with my life, I know the person I want to be and I am already in the work field that I want to be in. Now I just need to make everything happen.
Here are my goals for tomorrow...
Food- Eat at least one healthy meal, only ONE mocha frappe
Exercise- Walk the dogs in the a.m and p.m for a minimum of 15 minutes each time.
House- work on house for a half hour (can be any thing as long as I'm doing something)
Mental- meditate for at least 10 minutes sometime through out the day.
Money- pay rent, money journal
Pets- play with the dogs,clean bird cages
Self- work on an art project or start reading a book or whatever i feel like doing.
Oh and I know what a goal is going to be, I want to go skydiving for my 25th birthday! I did it for my 16th
bday and I really want to do it again, however if you are over 200 lbs they charge extra. Ideally I'd like to lose enough lbs to not have to pay extra but I dont know if I can lose about 70lbs by april??? I can sure try though and I'm going no matter what! even if it will be super cold, lol.
