No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I had a great day! I joined an online bootcamp sponsored by Tina over at Best Body Fitness . I did an awesome strength workout this morning. I have been working out four days a week already, this requires five so I will do an additional day. And these workouts are far more intense than others that I have done before so this will help me bring it up a level.
I have two personal goals when the eight weeks is over...1. Be able to do real push ups (not on the knee kind) and to not be afraid of doing a burpee. I am practicing planks now to get upper body strength and next week, I want to work on my burpee's.
I am also cutting out vending machine foods! I do fine not snacking on the weekend but the vending at work has been getting the best of me! I did fine today, so one day down. I will make this work.
