No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I want you all to know that I did go and move somemore-I walked for another 20 mins-It felt great-today I went and lift weights and walked for 30 mins-my body is sore-but I love it-Food has been on plan-I made a list of meals that I could eat for lunch or dinner-and I love having this-it makes life easier-and I don't have to think what do I want to eat-it is just there -I wrote a page on goals for Oct-It is a simple plan-15mins of walking everyday-that is all-eat off the plan-unclutter one room at a time-make doctor appts-take care of me-and always ask the question -Am I doing enough to complete my Oct. goals-I never asked myself questions before-they are important-do you ask yourself questions-Am I happy?-what is my next goal?-what is it that I want out of my life?Move out of your comfort zone-I am
