No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I've had pretty lukewarm feelings about yoga and contemplating just giving it up. Why waste an hour on gym time on something I don't like if it's not helping? But I've been going once a week because I do need to work on flexibility somehow. The other day I slept weirdly and woke up with lower back pain, and I wasn't sure about whether yoga class would help me or make it worse, but I think it actually helped today! Still hurts some, but I feel like I have a better range of motion, so that's a plus.
I also did 10 minutes of running in five two-minute blocks separated by one-minute walk breaks, and my knees feel fine. This is a very good thing and I hope it stays that way as I add more running and move from the treadmill to the road.
I really need to go grocery shopping. I'm completely out of fruits and almost out of veggies, which doesn't leave much for healthy snacking. I guess I don't have much in the house for unhealthy snacking, either, so there's that...
