Ok I have been really strict with calories and working my butt off and after 3 weeks have only dropped 4 lbs. well I think I figured out my problem. I have had my nike fuelband and finally got it synced up with my Lose it app and just doing my daily activities I am burning 355-664 calories a day not counting the the calories I am burning working out and I am trying to survive on 1300 calories a day. Well if I am burning that many calories a day and eating 1300 My body thinks I'm starving so it won't let the weight go. However that being said no loss on the scale but loss of inches in my thighs and waist and my butt is lifting I Am more than happy with that. But I have to say anyone that is having weight issues and you are doing everything right and there is no other medical reason your not dropping the weight consider the nike fuel band because it really helps you open your eyes. I have walked 19,537 as of yesterday and I have burnt 6466 calories and i started tracking it Monday so that really impressed me.
