Comment by Christy on February 15, 2013 at 5:52pm Very interesting. I feel like I am in the same boat. I am staying within my WW points and working out 5 days a week--but only dropped 3 pounds in January. I've been wondering if I need to eat more to lose more.

Only 4 pounds? I think that is fantastic. Couple that with thinner thighs? I would be in heaven.

Yeah-so you weren't eating your exercise calories and sort of going into "starvation mode". The good news is getting to eat more!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!
