No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Had a good week. Finding good balance in my life. Painting, socializing, exercising, reading, family time, mommy time, and husband time. I'm in a good place mentally. Do I have more weight to lose? YES! I really want to do it right. If it takes 5 years to come off- I am ok with that. I just want to feel normal. I want to think less about food and more about life. I don't want to stress about every event, every vacation, every meal, every hunger pang. This is what I am working on. As long as my weight goes on a downward trend ( 2 pounds down, 1 up, 1 down, none up etc) I will be happy. I will continue to focus on balancing my life with all the the things that make me happy!!!
I will be away next week- but don't think for 1 second that I am not going to ask who is in for another week long race. Who will be there with me Friday? Who is ready to start or continue focusing on their goals for 1 week. Your goals may be weight loss related, exercise related, spiritually related.... whatever you are working towards. Let's take it one day at a time until Friday! I hope to see you all at the finish line!
