No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I have been Paleo for a month and a half, and I have lost 15.8 lbs!! finally broke that two year plateu! I also had real bacon for the 1st time in my life last month, ummm good! No more turkey bacon that I thought was better for me because it was low fat, not that it was made crap full of soy and chemicals!! And I got a a lb of organic bacon for $3! I was paying 4 for that crappy turkey bacon. I am also eating full fat regular butter, and olive oil and coconut oil. I also tell resturants I am alergic to soy and wheat, I know its a lie, but they treat me better then just asking if they can cook my food in real butter instead of that liquid gold vegetable oil. I know the weight loss will slow down, so I am going to start workout out again (I have only been going once a week once I went back to school the last two months) So hopefully I can lose 15 more lbs, making it 30 lbs in 3 months!!!
