No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Today I am back-I think I have been in a fog-it has been lifted-I am erercising more and I love how my mind and body love the movement-after my piliates class I felt that when I walked I was taller and was floating over the ground-I started a journal on paper and was surprized at what I wrote-questions -what did I need to do this month to move me forward-not just food wise or exercise-but where was my head-a read on another blog today (think it is called bitchcakes)-One is not challenged in their comfort zone-I have been fighting my comfort zone for 4 months now-I want out-what am I willing to do or should say what do I have to do to move forward-right now I want to move more-OK-so tonight I am going to walk another 15 mins-if my knee is ok-if not I will bike -but I will MOVE

Welcome back. I too am trying to get out of my comfort zone. I want to see real change.

Don't you love the feeling after exercise? I know exactly what you mean by walking over the ground. You can do it!
