No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I woke up early this morning so that I could meet my friend to run some errands and then do some shopping. I had so much fun!!
I had PT today after a week of vacation, and today was the first day they started me on weights---my goodness it was painful! They started me one pound and three pound weights and UGH. It will be a while before I can do much with this shoulder, but I can almost lift it all the way up on my own now. :)
Here's the meal plan for today. A bit carb heavy. Some days are like that, though.
B: none. Thought we'd stop and get something but we didn't. And I wasn't driving :( But I did have a cup of coffee with skim milk and sugar.
L: Panera Bread: Pick 2 of black bean soup and 1/2 smokehouse turkey sandwich with piece of bread and iced tea
Snack: 2 coconut patty candies
D: chicken corn chowder and cheese quesadilla (using homemade tortillas) and leftover corn/black bean salad
Dessert: watermelon slices
