What the heck happened from yesterday to today??? I ate some crap I should not have. I got hungry and ate a bag of BBQ potato sticks & some chocolate. I HATE my office. The good news. 80% of my eating was good. I came home and put in a Insanity Month # 1 DVD to sweat my ass off and made Broccoli Noodle Soup that calories for the 2 cups came in under 200 calories. Not the day I wanted, but I am not going to beat myself up. There is some good news. Due to expansion in my department my new cube will be farther away from the grocery & candy buyer. WOO-WOO. This change might be just what I need. No more temptation to grab samples. I won't be passing those desks anymore. Who says there isn't divine intervention??? I have decided since I lost 1 pound last week to challenge myself to lose a minimum of 5 pounds by 01/01/2013. I want to enter into the New Year with less of a rear!
